Rx Partnership - Free Medicine for Virginia's Uninsured

Affiliation Process
Although direct affiliation with RxP is available only to free clinics and community health centers that operate their own pharmacies, additional clinics may be eligible to receive free medication from a nearby Affiliate operating a central fill pharmacy, or may even elect to start a pharmacy using RxP medications. To find out if you qualify or to receive more information, please contact the Director of Affiliate Services 804.377.1057 x 1559. Interested applicants are encouraged to read the Affiliation Requirements and the guidelines below to determine if your organization is a good fit to receive free medication through RxP’s program.
 To become an Affiliate, eligible clinics and community health centers must:

  • Review and sign affiliation criteria included in the Affiliation Requirements form
  • Complete the RxP Application Form and gather all required supporting documents
  • Pay a one-time application fee of $250
  • Use the Application Checklist to ensure that you have gathered all the appropriate documents and send the signed Affiliation Requirements, Application Form, supporting documents and application fee to the Director of Affiliate Services Lisa Casler at:

Once all application materials have been received, RxP will conduct a site visit to review eligibility screening procedures and pharmacy operations. After the visit is complete and any resulting issues are resolved, RxP staff will recommend the clinic or community health center to the RxP Board of Trustees for affiliation. The RxP Board approves all affiliations.
